Discussion questions:
Did you enjoy this book? How has the author held your interest in Dooley's story?
Do you believe that hypnotism really works?
Dooly had two counselors that he worked with, one of which he really didn't like. In your opinion, what make a good counselor?
(i apologize for my poor spelling and grammar in advanced :) )
ReplyDeleteThis book had an interesting plot line and the plot deffinately had a few good twists in it, that were enjoyable to read, but McClintock uses the name Dooley too frequently. I realize that that is the main characters name and Dooley being the main character his name is going to pop up more than a few times but when, what I think is a mildley humerous name, keeps repeating over and over again my mind starts to drift from the plot and all i can think is "LOL Dooley"
So maybe there should be a slight revision of the book where the word Dooley could be replaced by "he" or something
Over all nice plot but the usage of the word Dooley needs to be cut down :)
Im more of an advanced reader so i can't say that this book captivating but for a casual reader I think it would be thoroughly enjoyable. For more advanced readers I would say this is a good weekend book or a nice book to occupy your time on a long car ride, or something of that nature, so in the end a good whodunnit novel :)
sure i believe in hypnotism I've seen stranger thing and the human mind is a powerful thing :)
to be honest i forgot about Dooley's counsellors sorry XD :)

The book was good though they should really stop saying Dooley so much. It was funny and I would read it again.
